INTRODUCTION
Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah is a jurist with a strong academic bent, combining senior appellate adjudicatory experience with sustained engagement in teaching, research, and institutional reform.
During his time on the Supreme Court of Pakistan, he authored over 450 reported judgments and decided more than 5,000 cases, shaping commercial, constitutional, and rights-based jurisprudence. Alongside his judicial work, he emerged as a leading voice in arbitration, mediation, judicial innovation, and the principled use of technology and AI in legal systems.
